It’s not ground breaking information that socially there has always been a stigma against women. We have long been classified as lesser than: if you fall into a group that is considered marginalised, then the fight is a double jeopardy. As a therapist, if you are to develop a leadership mindset, your success lies inrooting out deeply entrenched philosophies- the ability to sift out fact from fiction. In my training programmes, I lay out the essential methods for developing these skills to rise above these challenges. Some are conscious and easier to detect, others deeply ingrained and need more attention. So, the programmes are designed with this in mind.
Literally, the term “philosophy” means the love of wisdom. Throughout history women have engaged in the activity of seeking to understand fundamental truths about self. The trouble is, that the world in which we live and how we relate to each other has distorted some of those gems of wisdom. What was natural has been replaced with philosophies that confuse who we are and erode the highest version of ourselves. My natural philosophy resources are a way of readdressing this misbalance to realign with our natural inner wisdom.
